    2. If you find a qualifying lower price for the same accommodations within 24 hours after making your reservation, and if we verify your claim, we will honor the lower price AND take an additional 10% off the apartment rate for each night of your stay.

    It’s simple, right? Booking directly with Place&Price is quick, easy and guarantees best value… and if you have any question we will be more than happy to help you.


    You can pay the total of the booking or only 10% of it and pay the rest in hand upon your arrival at the apartment, as you wish.
    You can book our apartments in 3 different ways:

    • Online

    On the page of the apartment you wish to book you will find a space where you can check its availability and make the booking with your card. It is undoubtedly the simplest method, faster and of course safer. We work with the most recognized payment methods such as PayPal and Stripe. Under no circumstances we store any data on your card and all navigation is done with https to protect all communications within our website.

    • Email

    Simply write an email to indicating the apartment you want to reserve, the dates of entry and exit, number of guests, name and phone and if we have availability we will indicate you a bank account number where you can make the payment of the booking.

    • Phone

    Call us at (+34) 667 25 86 51 and tell us the apartment you want to book, the dates of entry and exit, number of guests, name and phone and if we have availability we will indicate a bank account number where you can make the payment of the booking.



    If you cancel the booking at least 14 days before the date of your check in you will receive the full refund of your booking. In case of cancellations made less than 14 days we will only charge you 10% of the total of the booking.

    Tourist and vacation apartment

    We treat both types of apartments applying the same standards of quality, however, in the formal aspect there is a slight difference. For our vacation apartments it will be necessary to formalize a vacation rental agreement that we will deliver to you upon arrival at the apartment.

    Check in y Check out

    The time of check in and check out depends on whether we have other guests who check out or check in the same days. If we do not have any guests the entrance and exit would be when you wish. If finally we had guests the entrance would be approximately at 16:00 h to be able to clean the apartment and leave it in the best conditions (we will try to take less time if it is possible) and the exit at 11:00 h. Of course in the case there were other guests you can leave your luggage in the apartment while we are cleaning, for check in you could leave it from 11:30 h and for check out until 15:30 h. A few days before your arrival we can confirm if we have other guests in your arrival and departure days.
    Our opening hours for your arrival are from 11:00 h to 8:00 h. If arrival is delayed beyond 21:00 h, a supplement of 40 euros will be required due to late check-in.


    First of all we hope you have a wonderful stay in our apartment!
    Of course we admit pets and at no extra cost, please let us know in an email to indicating your dates reserved and your apartment.
    We can incorporate a cot on request at no extra cost, just tell us in an email to indicating your dates reserved and your apartment.
    Here we explain the basic rules, please we ask you to read and follow them:

    1. Please, very important, respect the neighbors and property and remember that parties are not allowed from 10:00 h to 9:00 h no noise is allowed and during the day we ask you to be as small as possible. If these norms of coexistence are not fulfilled, causing noises or misbehavior, the security deposit will not be returned and/or compensations may be claimed.
    In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior from your side (or anyone in the group) the eviction of the apartment immediately or the presence of the police may be required. In this case, the guests accept to leave the flat immediately without any refund.

    2. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.

    3. Any type of meeting or overnight stay of people in the house that exceeds the limit of guests of the booking is allowed. The use of communal areas as places to be or hold conversations is strictly prohibited.

    4. The house is delivered completely clean (including kitchen utensils, appliances, etc), please leave it in a reasonable state of cleanliness, if we have to carry out an extra cleaning a charge of €50 will be made.

    5. Any damage caused to the apartment, furniture or walls will be deducted from the security deposit and/or compensations may be claimed.

    6. Trash bags must be removed during the stay. The schedule to remove the trash from the apartment is from 20:00 h to 23:00 h. The place to put it is in a trash bin that will be placed on the street in front of the main entrance of the building.

    7. Do not exceed the capacity of the elevator.

    8. For each lost or damaged set of keys, either totally or partially, a charge of €50 will be made. The cost of locksmith in case of leaving the keys inside the house will be €30 and in the event that we have to call the locksmith for being the keys placed inside will be equal to the bill of the locksmith (approximately €100).

    9. We are not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of the personal objects of the guests.
